Victor is a Patent and Trade Mark Technical Assistant and is working towards becoming an Australian Registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney.

Victor has worked in the Australian Patent Office for over 7 years, specialising in mechanical and civil engineering. His deep knowledge of the Australian examination practice provides valuable insight for assisting with drafting and prosecuting applications for clients.

Victor’s technical areas of expertise in mechanical and civil engineering include building and construction, earth or rock drilling, mining, shafts, tunnels, water supply, plumbing, hydraulic engineering, foundations, soil shifting, machine tools, mechanical metal working such  as rolling, punching, forging, pressing, and construction of roads. 

Victor holds a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering with Honours from the University of Salford Manchester and a Masters of Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne.
